Director of Education Programs & Multilingual Family Engagement
Maryan leads iZone Corp’s work with schools and education programs. She helps organizations strengthen communication with multilingual students and families through clear language access plans, translated materials, and culturally responsive engagement strategies.
She supports schools with practical communication systems, staff guidance, and everyday tools that ensure families understand services, feel welcomed, and can fully participate in school communities.

Patrick Kalmani
Director of Systems & Operations
Patrick oversees iZone Corp’s internal systems and client workflows. He designs clear operational processes for managing translation, interpretation, documentation, and communication systems.
