The gap between institutions and the communities they serve is not a people problem.
It is a systems problem.
iZone Corp was built to fix that gap — by designing, implementing, and sustaining the language access infrastructure, community engagement systems, and workforce capacity that public institutions require to fulfill their legal and ethical obligations to multilingual populations.
We operate through four integrated practice divisions serving government agencies, healthcare systems, educational institutions, courts, housing authorities, and nonprofit organizations across the United States.
Our senior leadership holds advanced academic training in urban planning from Georgetown University, combined with over two decades of direct operational presence inside the Somali and Arabic-speaking communities of the Twin Cities. We do not study these communities. We come from them.
iZone Corp holds minority-owned and immigrant-owned business certifications and is a registered government contracting vendor. Our engagements range from targeted compliance audits to multi-year institutional consulting relationships.
Four divisions.
One integrated firm.
Each division represents a complete, independent practice area — with its own regulatory expertise, service architecture, and delivery framework. Together they form a comprehensive consulting infrastructure for institutions serving multilingual communities.

iZone Corp’s delivery capacity extends through a carefully developed professional network of linguists, interpreters, translators, community specialists, and sector consultants — built over two decades and vetted for the quality standards that government and institutional clients require.
Our team →Organizations with a public responsibility to serve everyone.
iZone Corp works exclusively with organizations that carry a legal or ethical obligation to serve multilingual and diverse populations — and need the systems, expertise, and community partnerships to fulfill that obligation effectively and at scale.
View all sectors →Every organization with a public obligation to serve diverse communities.
iZone Corp’s work spans every institutional sector where language access, community engagement, and equitable service delivery intersect with public obligation. From city government to transit authorities, from hospitals to nonprofits — if your organization serves people, we serve your organization.
Two decades inside the communities we serve.
iZone Corp’s senior leadership has operated within the Somali and Arabic-speaking communities of the Twin Cities for over 20 years — through mosques, cultural organizations, refugee resettlement networks, and direct community service.
We do not study these communities. We come from them. That depth of community knowledge is the professional asset that makes every iZone Corp engagement more accurate, more trusted, and more effective than anything an outside organization can produce.
What separates a vendor from a partner.
There are many language access providers. There are very few firms that combine deep institutional knowledge of government systems and compliance frameworks with deep community roots in the populations those systems are obligated to serve.
That combination is what makes iZone Corp engagements produce results that other firms in this space have not been able to replicate.
